MARY POPPINS IS A TIME LORD
You are all probably thinking I’m crazy right now but hear me out. Me and my friend figured this out and the world must know.
1) Her bag is bigger on the inside. As kids we don’t notice this, but watching Doctor Who we realise that this is actually Time Lord technology.
2) Her umbrella is a first prototype of a TARDIS. How else do you explain a flying umbrella?
3) Bert is so obviously her companion.
4) They did not go into the chalk drawing, that was another world. There was a hole open in between the worlds; a tear in fabric and time that they were able to get through.
5) Mary Poppins is able to keep peace and order in the world.
6) The reason we never saw her again was because she was on her last regeneration.
This all makes sense when you really think about it. Mary Poppins was a Time Lord.
